Sarah Ratner is an associate with Fryman PC. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and breach of contract issues. Sarah also has experience in labor and employment litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency-related law, and product liability. She has represented companies in wage and hour disputes before both the New York State and United States Departments of Labor and in cases in state and federal courts.

Sarah earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.

Sarah is admitted to practice law in New York and Delaware.
