Matt is a business and litigation attorney that also provides fractional general counsel (GC) services in New York and the Sun Valley. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara in Political Science. While at UCSB, he also earned a certificate in the Technology Management Program. He received his law degree from Arizona State University where he continued his coursework in technology and litigation. He has experience in business litigation, corporate governance, business transactions, and technology.  

He has a goal to golf in every state, and he enjoys surfing, exploring the Canadian wilderness, and Smart Contracts.
